1½ oz gin
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Martinez
1½ oz gin (preferably, Old Tom)
1½ oz sweet vermouth
1 tsp maraschino liquer
2 dashes orange bitters
Lemon twist
Pour ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir for about 5 seconds, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist and enjoy.
*Note: The Fee Brothers Orange Bitters are aged in oak barrels formerly used to age Old Tom gin, so they complement the drink quite well.

Negroni
1½ oz gin
1½ oz Campari
1½ oz sweet vermouth
Orange slice or twist
Fill an old fashioned glass with ice cubes. Pour the ingredients into the glass, stir, garnish with the orange and drink up.

Sapphire Solstice
1 oz Bombay Sapphire gin
3 strawberries, diced
3 chunks of cucumber
2 oz cucumber soda
½ oz lemonade
Cucumber slice
Muddle the strawberries and cucumber in the bottom of a highball glass. Fill the glass two-thirds with ice, then add the remaining ingredients. Stir with a bar spoon, garnish with the cucumber slice and start sipping.
